3 x Pilates + 3 x Recovery Sessions for $30

Group classes are fun and challenging in a good way; recovery services - compression therapy, infrared sauna, ice bath, salt room is a point of difference for me from any other gyms. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to change up their training routine for more effective regime and add quality recovery for post workouts!

A fantastic facility that combines the benefits of altitude training with a full gym, pilates studio and recovery sauna/cold plunge options. Excellent trainers with an eye for detail on form, great equipment and competitive packages for any combination of training that you can think of.

Blown away at how much more challenging it is to train in high altitude. The programming is on point and the trainers are very knowledgeable but also down to earth and very friendly. Tried my first reformer class today and absolutely loved it . Looking forward training here again taking my fitness to another level.

I’ve just done a 2 week trial and absolutely love this place! The reformer pilates sessions are next level. Each workout is strong but the class flows so nicely. The trainers are so lovely and encouraging, especially Tiana and Nicola. Highly recommend! You will be become addicted to the burn like me!!

Absolutely love this place! Training at altitude was not my priority, but loved the idea of the recovery/saunas being part of the gym! I'm a total reformer Pilates convert - in the dark at high altitude with great tunes seems to be my thing! Staff all really welcoming, encouraging and lovely, and a total cross section of friendly people attending. If you are looking for a gym that you are excited to attend and enjoy then this place is a must try!

Absolutely love the vibe of the Pilates Room! All the coaches in the club are welcoming and knowledgeable. Recovery is the best way to end the sessions! Would also recommend Jackiie the Physio in the club she is absolutely amazing!!!

Beautiful training facilities, wonderful knowledgeable trainers that are friendly and motivated. Training at Altitude is a whole new ball game.As someone in the older age group i absolutely love the classes and recovery options available (compression boots, infra red sauna and ice baths).So great having lunch time classes available.

Kate was a really great instructor. She ensured that all exercises were demonstrated and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely need to attend her class. She was great!!

Love this place! Great facilities, always super clean and has friendly staff. I like the way the seasons are also laid out throughout the week. It's always a good mix so you don't get bored. This place does fitness and recovery right!

Love training at Combine air shire.. not only the people here are so lovely and supportive, training in high altitude is next level. I can feel that I’m so much more fitter and flexible quicker than training in a normal gym. I love it!
